- Issuing of all legal paperwork and processing (AIA Documents, Invoices, Material POs, etc.)
- Tracking and communication of critical shipping dates
- Safety packet generation
- Digital project binder creation
- Invoice and change order processing and submission
- Schedule generation and reminders
- Vendor and Subcontractor on-boarding
- Maintaining positive customer and vendor relations
- Detailed update reports
Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Verizon Work, Buildertrend, Corrigo, MyFSN, QuickBooks
GED or High school Diploma
5+ years project coordinating experience
Previous experience with commercial C-Store or Grocery Stores is a plus
Current/prior role as a property manager or project coordinator is a plus
5% as related to active projects in the GLA area.
Must be able to work in an office setting, sit and stand for long periods of time, drive a vehicle, work on a computer, talk on the telephone, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must possess a Valid Driver’s License with a clean record with less than two moving violations (No DUI or major infractions).
